Filter Cartridge is widely used in various machines that uses of oil, coolant and lubricants. These filters are designed to remove impurities and contaminants from the liquid fluid, ensuring that it remains clean and free from debris that could cause damage to machinery and equipment. 

 RMC filters is mainly used by ready-mix plants to control fine dust of cement and fly ash. Dust separated from the air flow by filter elements drops back into the dust collector hopper after an integrated automatic reverse air jet or vibratory cleaning system inside the weather protection cover has removed it from the filter elements. 

 A dust collector filter is designed to capture and retain dust, debris, and other pollutants, preventing them from being released back into the environment or causing damage to equipment and machinery. Dust collector filters come in various types such as bag filters, cartridge filters, and cyclone separators depending on the application's specific requirements. 

Filter paper roll is used in Band  filtration system machine of  various types and applications. It consists of a long, cylindrical roll of filter paper, usably made from viscose, polypropylene and polyester felt which can be easily unwound and cut to the size as needed. 

Grade of filter paper are decided on the exact application. The roll format also reduces waste and minimizes the need for frequent paper changes, making it a cost-effective and eco-friendly option.

 A bag filter works on the microfiltration principle.

There are several types of bag filters used in industrial applications, including pulse jet , reverse air, shaker, envelope, and cartridge bag filters. Regular maintenance and replacement of bag filters are essential to ensure optimal performance of the system.

Suction strainer is a type of filtering device that is installed to the inlet port and prevents particulate from passing through the system to the outlet. Suction strainer restricts particles of larger size to pass, but allows the flowing of liquid to pass with very little flow restriction. Suction strainer is commonly installed in tank or sump of the hydraulic equipment. Magnetic straps are also attached to the outer surface for better trapping of the particles. Suction strainers are also available as inserts.

Electrostatic Oil Cleaner machine is a very effective solution for removing contaminants of oil down to 0.1 micron. It uses electrostatic adsorption technology, which uses a high-voltage electrostatic field to make the particles in the oil respectively show positive and negative electronegativity.  We offer cellulose paper used for the ELC machine of various GSM.

Panel air filter is a type of dust filter mainly used for air purification. It comprises of a rectangular or square frame in which filter assembly is done using single or multiple layers and types of filter media. It comes in various sizes and ratings depending upon the level of filtration required.    

Basket filter, also known as basket strainer, is installed in the piping system for protection of pumps, heat exchangers, valves and other pipeline assemblies. Basket filter is usally designed to capture larger particles thus not creating resistance to the flow of the fluid. Major field of applications include in oil, water, fuel, gas and air. We offer basket filter in simplex and duplex configuration. The construction comprises of a basket housing, a basket screen (perforated sheet with or without a wire mesh interlining), a gasket and bolting.

A filter housing is a special casing designed to fit different types of filter consumables, it can be a cartridge, element, bag, basket, insert etc. It can be made as per the design  and requirement of the user.

Offline filtration unit is a filtration machine designed to recondition lube, oil, coolant etc. thus increasing the life of the used fluid. It can be easily connected to any working machines tank without hindering  the actual working of the machine. This is a mobile unit so it can be easily used on various machines. Offline filtration unit comes in simplex or duplex configurations.
